Emmanuel Sarabwe

Emmanuel Sarabwe holds a Master in Human Rights, Gender and Conflict in Social Justice Perspective from the The Hague Institute of Social Sciences (ISS) and a second Master on Social Work and Social Administration.

He has 20 years of experience in project management and 15 years of experience in implementation of Community-based sociotherapy approach in Rwanda and in neighbouring countries. He also conducted several studies in Rwanda, and his current research focuses on marital conflict in post-genocide settings in Rwanda.

He is currently holds the position of Quality Assurance Manager in CBS Rwanda and coordinates the COSTAR Project.
